Savannah’s 7th Annual A-Town Get Down Art & Music Festival is returning on March 25, and to celebrate, A-Town is hosting a kickoff celebration at Service Brewing on February 25, exactly one month before the big festival.

The kickoff event will take place on Saturday, February 25 from 1-5pm at Service Brewing, located at 574 Indian Street in Savannah. Guests must be 21 or older to attend. Guests can enjoy the sounds of Savannah’s funk and blues band, Missionary Blues and jazz singer Kim Michael Polote, both performing at A-Town Get Down this year, who will be showcasing some of their hits and giving a sneak peek of what to expect at the festival.

Raffle tickets will be sold at the event for a suggested $10 per ticket. Giveaways will include VIP tickets, group tickets, swag bags, posters, t-shirts, meet and greet with the artists of the A-Town Get Down Art & Music Festival, and more. Proceeds from the raffle sales will go towards art education programs in conjunction with Loop It Up Savannah.

Attendees can also enjoy grilled favorites (meat and vegetarian options will be available) during the kickoff party. There will be a suggested $5 donation per plate. Beer tastings and tours will also be available starting at $12.

During the kickoff event, guests can purchase their tickets for the evening portion (5pm-Midnight) of the A-Town Get Down Art & Music Festival. The first half of the festival (Noon-5pm) is free for all ages.
