THESE KIDS DON'T JUST ATTEND THE FESTIVAL, THEY HELP CREATE IT.

In 2016, A-Town helped fund school programs that brought over 300 of Loop It Up students to the A-Town Get Down Festival to encourage creativity in all forms. And at the A-Town Get Down Festival itself, the work of Title I school students became the backdrops for the Festival headliners, including Robert Randolph and the Family Band. Working hands-on with creative professionals, artists and musicians, kids were able to experience what a future in the arts can mean for them and their everyday life.
